Who are we?

Shailer Park PCYC is a licensed child care facility that operates within the school grounds of Shailer Park State School. The facility operates before school care, after school care and vacation care. We offer many programs and nutritional foods to suit the requirements for your child.

Before school care

Before school care offers a nutritional breakfast and quiet games, constructions, drawing and colouring in.

After school care

After school care offers a nutritional afternoon tea. We provide developmentally appropriate programs that endeavour to allow each child the opportunity to express themselves through creativity. Activities consist of art, cooking, science experiments, drama and music, craft, sports, games, playground, dance and Active After School programs.

Vacation care

All children are encouraged to bring healthy lunches and snacks. In addition to after school care activities, organised activities include walks, library visits and at least one external excursion is also organised.
